Hair Stylist

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Male Hairdresser/Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and a passion for modern and classic men's grooming. You will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, styling, beard grooming, and facial hair maintenance in a professional, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Expert Grooming: Perform precision cutting, tapering, fading, styling, andshampooing.

Specialized Services: Provide expert beard grooming, styling, and shaves (straight razor experience preferred).

Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their needs, recommend styles, and provide hair care advice.

Sanitation & Maintenance: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for tools and workstations, adhering to health regulations.

Product Expertise: Promote and sell hair care products, educating clients on maintenance.

Build Relationships: Maintain a loyal client base by providing top-notch customer service.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a barber or men's and women stylist.

Up-to-date knowledge of current men’s hair trends and techniques.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Key Skills:

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using shears, clippers, trimmers, and razors.

Customer Service: Friendly, professional, and attentive to client needs.

Time Management: Ability to handle, fast-paced, back-to-back appointments.
