About the Role

Himalaya Sukoon is looking for professional and passionate Female Spa & Massage Therapists to join our growing wellness team in Delhi NCR.

The selected candidates will provide professional spa, massage and wellness services to clients at their homes, hotels and other approved locations. The role requires excellent personal hygiene, professional behaviour, client communication, respect for privacy and strict adherence to service and safety standards.

Candidates with experience in spa therapy, body massage, wellness treatments, beauty therapy, salon services or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and communicate professionally with clients before and after appointments.

Provide professional spa and massage services according to the client's selected treatment.

Perform professional wellness massage techniques such as relaxation, Swedish or other trained massage modalities.

Understand the client's requirements and provide a personalised wellness experience within the scope of the selected service.

Provide professional spa and wellness treatments at home, hotel and approved client locations.

Handle appointments and maintain punctuality for scheduled sessions.

Follow proper hygiene, sanitation and equipment-sterilisation procedures before and after every appointment.

Maintain client privacy, confidentiality, dignity and professional boundaries at all times.

Maintain proper records related to appointments and services provided.

Identify client requirements and recommend appropriate spa, massage or wellness services where professionally appropriate.

Maintain and handle massage oils, towels, therapy equipment and other service materials responsibly.

Follow all company policies relating to client safety, professional conduct and service quality.

Represent Himalaya Sukoon professionally during every client interaction.

Participate in B2B/corporate wellness assignments and other approved professional wellness engagements where required.

Massage & Spa Skills

Candidates with knowledge or experience in the following areas will be preferred:

Relaxation Massage

Swedish Massage

Full Body Wellness Massage

Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage

Back & Leg Massage

Foot/Reflexology-based Wellness Treatments

Spa Treatments

Aromatherapy-based Wellness Services

Basic Beauty & Wellness Treatments

Other professionally trained massage or spa therapies

Candidates with relevant Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy or Wellness Therapy training are encouraged to apply.

Candidate Requirements

Female candidates aged 18–35 years.

Educational qualification from below 10th to Postgraduate.

0–3 years of relevant experience in spa, massage, beauty, salon, wellness or hospitality is preferred.

Freshers with a genuine interest in building a career in the wellness industry may also apply.

Basic knowledge of professional massage and spa services.

Good personal hygiene and grooming.

Basic communication skills.

Professional, polite and respectful behaviour.

Willingness to travel for scheduled home/hotel appointments within the assigned service area.

Ability to maintain punctuality and appointment schedules.

Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Willingness to learn new spa and wellness techniques.

Candidates with recognised spa/massage/beauty therapy certification will have an added advantage.

Compensation & Career Opportunity

In-Hand Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
