Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Beautician to join our premium salon team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in advanced beauty services, client consultation, and maintaining high service standards. As a Senior Beautician, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the salon’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced beauty services including:

  • Facials (Classic, Hydra, Korean Glass, Detan & Advanced Skin Treatments)

  • Clean-ups, threading, waxing (normal & advanced)

  • Skin analysis and personalized service recommendations

• Conduct professional client consultations and suggest suitable treatments & home-care routines

• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards

• Maintain service quality in line with Mongo Salon SOPs

• Upsell and cross-sell salon services and retail products ethically

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and service recovery professionally

• Assist in training and guiding junior beauticians and trainees

• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and proper usage of tools & products

• Support salon targets, offers, and promotional campaigns

• It is a Full Time బ్యూటీషియన్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
