Job Summary

Capello Salon is looking for a skilled and well-groomed Beautician to provide high-quality beauty and grooming services to our clients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty, maintain hygiene standards, and deliver excellent customer service while following salon SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide beauty services such as facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and basic skin treatments.

Conduct client consultations to understand needs and recommend suitable services and products.

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and sterilization of tools, workstations, and treatment rooms at all times.

Ensure proper use of salon products and equipment as per company guidelines.

Upsell and promote salon services, packages, and retail products.

Maintain professional behavior and ensure client comfort and satisfaction.

Follow Capello Salon’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.

Handle client queries and complaints politely and inform the manager if required.

Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Certified Beautician from a recognized institute (preferred).

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a salon or spa.

Good knowledge of skin types, beauty treatments, and hygiene practices.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Well-groomed, punctual, and disciplined.

Willingness to learn new techniques and attend training sessions.

Working Hours

As per salon shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
