Job Overview:

MadamG is looking for skilled and professional Home Service Beauticians to provide high-quality salon services at customers’ homes. The ideal candidate should be experienced in beauty treatments, customer handling, and maintaining hygiene standards while delivering services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide beauty services at customers’ homes as per company standards.

• Perform services such as:

  • Facial and skin treatments

  • Waxing (full body & specific areas)

  • Threading & eyebrow shaping

  • Manicure & Pedicure

  • Cleanup & detan

  • Basic makeup services

  • Hair spa and basic hair treatments

• Follow proper hygiene, sanitization, and safety protocols during every service.

• Carry and maintain personal/service kit in an organized manner.

• Ensure timely arrival at customer locations.

• Maintain professional behavior and good communication with customers.

• Update service status in the MadamG app after completion of the booking.

• Collect feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 month of experience in salon or home services (Freshers with proper training can apply).

• Basic knowledge of beauty products and tools.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

• Smartphone knowledge for app usage and booking updates.
