Job Title: Medical Report & Patient Coordination Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a female candidate for the role of Medical Report & Patient Coordination Executive. The candidate will be responsible for preparing medical test reports, assisting in prescription drafting, and communicating with patients for updates and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate medical reports based on test results
Assist in drafting prescriptions as per doctor’s guidance
Maintain and update patient records systematically
Call patients to provide reports, instructions, and follow-up information
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient communication
Ensure confidentiality of all patient-related information
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Prior experience in a clinic or hospital is an advantage
