Tracer

• Locate customers who are unreachable, absconding, or have changed their address/contact details.

• Conduct field visits to the customer's last known address, workplace, or other permitted locations.

• Verify and update customer contact information, including address and phone number.

• Collect information from legitimate and appropriate sources to help locate the customer.

• Coordinate with the collection/recovery team and share verified findings.

• Identify whether the customer has shifted, changed employment, or moved to another location.

• Record field-visit details, contact attempts, and findings accurately in the company's system.

• Help collection officers establish communication with customers regarding outstanding dues.

• Follow up on leads provided by the collection department.

• Submit daily/weekly field visit and tracing reports.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

• Follow the company's code of conduct, legal requirements, and customer-contact policies during field visits.

• Avoid harassment, threats, misrepresentation, or disclosure of the customer's debt to unauthorized persons.
