We are looking for a Tourism Agents to join our team Make My Bharat Yatra Pvt Ltd. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers 25600/- In Hand Salary and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that the data remains accurate, accessible, and contributes to smooth operations.
Booking Management: Handling reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and visas using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Client Advisory: Providing expert guidance on safety protocols, travel insurance, and required documentation (visas/vaccinations).
Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.
Logistics & Support: Handle visas, travel insurance, and resolve customer complaints or travel-related issues.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th and Fresher to Experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 5 Working Days.
