Tour Executive

We are looking for a Tour Executive to join our team Make My Bharat Yatra Pvt. Ltd. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support. Get 38,000-50,000 salary along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tour Packages Briefing:

  Provide complete information on destinations, itineraries, and pricing.

  Assist clients in selecting suitable packages based on their preferences and budget.

• Ticket Bookings:

  Manage flight, train, and bus bookings as per client requirements.

  Ensure timely and accurate ticket confirmations.

• Booking Confirmation:

  Coordinate with vendors and clients to confirm all travel arrangements.

  Share itineraries and accommodation details with clients.

• Booking Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  Handle cancellations, refunds, and reschedules as per company policy.

  Ensure smooth coordination with service providers and clients.

• Customer Support:

  Address customer queries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.

  Resolve any issues related to bookings or travel arrangements.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and Fresher To Experience . The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
