Ticketing Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue airline tickets.

• Check fares rules and booking conditions.

• Handle ticket reissues, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes.

• Provide information about airline policies, fares, routes, and schedules.

• Use GDS/reservation systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.

• Maintain accurate passenger and booking records.

• Handle and resolve booking-related problems professionally.

• Coordinate with airlines, travel agencies, and other departments when required.

• Follow airline procedures, safety regulations.

Required Skills:

• Good communication.

• Knowledge of airline ticketing and reservation procedures.

• Familiarity with GDS systems.

• Basic computer and email skills.

• Good knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Professional and polite attitude.
