Job opening for the Tender Executive profile for Chandigarh location.

Salary: up to 28k PM

Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Location - Chandigarh

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit tender documents on various government and private portals.

• Review tender requirements and ensure timely submission of all documents.

• Maintain tender-related records and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal departments for collecting required information.

• Handle backend documentation, data entry, and MIS reports.

• Follow up on tender status and maintain bid tracking.

• Ensure compliance with tender guidelines and company policies.
  

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation.

• Ability to work within deadlines.

• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
  

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in tendering, backend operations, or documentation will be preferred.
