We are looking for a Area Sales Manager / Field Executive in Pharma (medicine) to join our team at Prakash Medicos. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Having Strong existing relationships with local Doctors, Chemists, Stockists, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the assigned territory.
Conduct regular joint field visits with the team to build strong relationships with key Doctors, Chemists, and Institutional accounts.
Expand the distribution network by identifying and appointing new stockists, distributors, and retail pharmacies.
Monitor market trends, gather competitor intelligence (pricing, schemes, new launches), and report feedback to the management.
Oversee stock availability, monitor outstanding payments/dues from stockists, and ensure timely collections.
Plan and execute promotional strategies, medical camps, and product launch inputs effectively in the territory.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is B. Pharma/ B. Sc/ D. Pharma and 2 – 4 years of proven experience handling tenders specifically within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and handle a team of field executives or MRs.
