Key Responsibilities:

Make cold calls to prospective patients from provided data

Introduce IVF and fertility treatment services clearly and confidently

Generate inquiries and convert calls into appointments

Explain treatment options, offers, and consultation details

Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records

Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets

Requirements:

Prior experience in cold calling / tele sales preferred

Experience in healthcare or IVF industry is an advantage

Good communication skills in English /Hindi

Ability to handle call rejections professionally

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Basic computer and CRM knowledge
