Job Description:
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and customers to ensure work runs smoothly.
• Arrange materials and resources needed for planned tasks.
• Help the HOD check technical documents for product approval and purchase.
• Coordinate product inspections and prepare PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection) documents.
• Maintain the daily progress report (DPR) of the team.
• Plan team travel schedules and manage their expense records.
• Prepare basic technical drawings using PowerPoint, Visio, or AutoCAD.
• Communicate with different departments to ensure work coordination.
• Maintain records and prepare team performance reports (KRA/KPI).
