Tax Consultant

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our growing team at US Tax Edge. The role involves interacting with US-based clients, managing and updating client information accurately, and supporting key operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based clients regarding tax services.

• Maintain and update client data accurately in CRM systems.

• Verify information, correct discrepancies, and identify irregularities.

• Generate reports and summaries for internal teams.

• Organize and maintain digital records efficiently.

• Support administrative tasks as required.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling / outbound calling.

• Experience in US Process is an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills (English mandatory).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to handle night shift (9 PM – 6 AM).

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM / Excel knowledge preferred).

• Ability to work 6 days a week.
