Job Description – Tally Operator

Position: Tally Operator
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month
Job Location: Pachpedi Naka, Raipur

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tally Operator to manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records using Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers in Tally Prime.

• Maintain accurate ledger accounts and day book entries.

• Prepare GST invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills.

• Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash records.

• Record daily accounting transactions with accuracy.

• Maintain stock and inventory records in Tally.

• Generate accounting reports and assist senior accountants.

• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.

• Coordinate with the accounts and administration team for daily operations.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP.

• Basic knowledge of GST, accounting, and bookkeeping.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualification

• B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Tally certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience can apply.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
