• Identify, arrange, and deploy manpower as per company and client requirements

• Supervise and manage deployed manpower at client sites

• Maintain records of manpower availability, attendance, and deployment

• Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements

• Resolve manpower-related issues at sites

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

• Ensure compliance with company policies and client guidelines

Job Requirements:

• Experience in manpower supervision or labor management preferred

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle multiple client requirements

• Knowledge of local labor availability will be an advantage

• Basic record-keeping and reporting skills

Preferred Candidate:

• Local candidate from Dharuhera / Rewari area

• Immediate joiner preferred
