Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and as per project requirements. The candidate will act as a link between management and on-site workers to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce

• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, plans, and specifications

• Monitor labor performance and maintain discipline on site

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors

• Ensure availability and proper use of materials and tools

• Maintain site safety standards and enforce safety regulations

• Track project progress and report to management regularly

• Resolve on-site issues and delays promptly

• Maintain daily work reports and attendance records

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI or relevant qualification in Civil or related field

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role

• Basic knowledge of construction processes and materials

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
