We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team Sastra Herbals. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Helps plan daily tasks, schedules, and workflows so work is completed on time and efficiently.
Arrange resources (people, tools, materials) and assign duties based on employees’ skills.
Guide and motivate team members, provide direction, and maintain a positive work environment.
Monitor performance, check progress, and ensure that work meets required standards and targets.
Maintain rules, policies, and workplace standards among team members.
Ensure a safe working environment and take care of employees’ well-being
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 1 year and above. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
