Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily work activities of staff.

• Monitor attendance, punctuality and discipline of employees.

• Allocate daily work to workers and ensure timely completion.

• Coordinate with workers and management for smooth operations.

• Check the quality and quantity of work/material.

• Maintain daily records and basic reports.

• Handle routine office and factory coordination work.

• Follow up on pending work and ensure proper completion.

• Maintain cleanliness, discipline and proper work procedures.

• Report daily work status to the management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidate required.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computer will be an advantage.

• Responsible, punctual and well-organized.

• Ability to manage workers and handle day-to-day responsibilities.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
