📋 Job Responsibilities

👷 Daily Labour & Work Deployment

📅 Assign daily work to fabricators, welders, pipefitters & helpers.

📝 Maintain attendance, overtime & subcontractor manpower records.

📊 Monitor workforce productivity and minimize idle time.

🔧 Execution & Work Quality

📐 Guide the team using MEP/Fire Fighting drawings.

🔩 Supervise pipe threading, grooving, welding & support installation.

✅ Inspect welding joints before sealing/insulation.

🧹 Ensure proper housekeeping after every shift.

📦 Material & Tool Coordination

📋 Raise material requisitions on time.

🚚 Coordinate safe shifting of pipes & materials.

🛠️ Monitor usage and maintenance of tools & machines.

🦺 Safety Enforcement

🪖 Ensure 100% PPE compliance.

🪜 Check scaffolds, ladders & platforms before use.

🔥 Maintain fire extinguishers, fire blankets & water buckets during hot work.

💧 Testing & Punch List

🚿 Assist in hydro-testing, flushing & pipeline isolation.

✔️ Lead snag rectification and close consultant/inspector punch points.

📄 Documentation

📝 Maintain daily work progress, material usage & delay records.

📏 Verify measurements for installed pipelines and billing support.
