Position: Residence Supervisor / Executive Assistant to MD (Household Operations)

Job Summary
The Residence Supervisor will be responsible for the complete supervision and smooth functioning of the MD's residence. The individual will manage all household staff, coordinate daily operations, ensure the highest standards of housekeeping and hospitality, and attend to the MD's personal and household requirements with complete confidentiality, professionalism, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Household Staff Management
Supervise and manage all household staff, including:
Housekeepers
Maids
Domestic Servants
Cooks
Drivers
Security Staff (if applicable)
Prepare and monitor daily work schedules.
Ensure discipline, punctuality, grooming, and proper conduct of all staff.
Monitor attendance, leave, and performance of household employees.
Ensure smooth coordination among all household staff.
2. MD's Personal Assistance
Take complete responsibility for the MD's day-to-day personal and household requirements.
Coordinate the MD's personal appointments, travel schedules, and daily routine as instructed.
Ensure all personal belongings, wardrobe, accessories, and important documents are well organized.
Arrange and manage gifts, deliveries, personal purchases, and special requirements.
Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the MD's personal and professional matters.
3. Residence Operations
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the entire residence.
Monitor maintenance of furniture, interiors, appliances, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
Ensure timely replenishment of groceries, household essentials, and other consumables.
4. Guest & Hospitality Management
Coordinate the arrival and departure of guests.
Ensure proper hospitality arrangements for visitors.
Manage household arrangements during meetings, family functions, and private events hosted at the residence.
5. Inventory & Administration
Maintain inventory of household items and assets.
Verify bills, vendor services, and household expenses before submission.
Ensure proper record keeping of maintenance, purchases, and vendor visits.
Prevent wastage and maintain cost efficiency.
6. Driver & Vehicle Coordination
Supervise drivers and ensure adherence to vehicle SOPs.
Monitor vehicle cleanliness, maintenance schedules, fuel records, and servicing.
Coordinate daily vehicle requirements for the MD and family members.
