Job Title: Field Supervisor – Hiring & Deployment
The Field Supervisor will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and monitoring of field staff across assigned client locations. The role involves field visits, manpower planning, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless deployment and replacement of staff as per organizational and client requirements.
Source and hire field staff as per client requirements and project timelines.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews of candidates.
Complete documentation and verification at the time of hiring.
Maintain a database of prospective candidates for future requirements.
Ensure timely deployment of selected candidates at client locations.
Coordinate with HR and operations teams regarding onboarding formalities.
Track attendance, punctuality, and productivity of deployed staff.
Arrange timely replacements in case of absenteeism/resignations.
Conduct regular field visits to client sites to monitor staff movement and quality of work.
Maintain professional relations with client representatives and address manpower-related queries.
Provide periodic reports and updates to management on field workforce status.
Ensure all joining documents, ID proofs, and compliance records are accurately maintained.
Verify PF/ESIC/Bank details with HR for timely payroll processing.
Maintain trackers related to hiring, deployment, and attrition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and convincing ability.
Ability to work in the field and handle multiple sites.
Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and documentation.
Time management and problem-solving attitude.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: HR / Management).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field hiring / blue-collar/bulk recruitment.
Experience in staffing or vendor management will be an added advantage.
