Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to manage on-site teams and oversee daily work activities, including plumbing, electrical, and construction tasks. The supervisor will ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to required quality standards while coordinating workers, materials, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site staff, technicians, and subcontractors

• Oversee plumbing, electrical, and general construction work

• Assign daily tasks and ensure proper execution of work plans

• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations

• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment required on site

• Inspect completed work and resolve issues or defects

• Maintain site discipline and productivity

• Communicate progress and issues to management

• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI.

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and construction work

• Ability to manage and motivate on-site teams

• Good understanding of safety standards and site procedures

• Basic reporting and record-keeping skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
