Coordination with client and site team

Ensuring discipline and smooth site operations

Joining formalities and documentation support

Maintaining MIS and recruitment records

Skills Required:

Good communication and coordination skills

Experience in manpower handling

Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Office

Leadership and team management ability

Ability to work in field operations

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in recruitment or manpower consultancy

Manufacturing / Engineering industry background preferred
