We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Facility Supervisor to manage daily facility operations and ensure a clean, safe and well-maintained environment.

Job Details

Location: Bangalore

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years

Timing: As per company requirements

Week Off: 1 weekday off

Qualification & Skills

• 12th Pass / Graduate

• 1–3 years of experience in facility management, housekeeping or maintenance.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

• Good communication and team coordination skills.

• Responsible, punctual and professional attitude.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations and maintenance.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and proper upkeep of the spa.

• Monitor electrical, plumbing, AC and other facility-related issues.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff.

• Conduct regular branch inspections.

• Ensure all equipment and facilities are working properly.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

• Maintain maintenance records and daily reports.

• Report facility issues to management and ensure timely resolution.

• Support smooth operations across assigned locations.
