🎓 Qualification

• 10th / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma (preferred)

• 1–5 years experience in supervision (freshers possible for junior roles)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily activities of labour/workers on site

• Allocate tasks and ensure work completion as per schedule

• Monitor attendance, shift timing, and discipline of workers

• Ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and materials

• Maintain work quality and productivity standards

• Coordinate with engineers, managers, or production team

• Handle basic problem-solving and worker issues

• Maintain daily reports and records of work progress

• Ensure cleanliness and organization at the work site

⚠️ Safety & Compliance Duties

• Enforce safety rules and PPE usage (helmets, gloves, etc.)

• Identify and report unsafe conditions or hazards

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

• Conduct basic safety briefings/toolbox talks

🧠 Required Skills

• Leadership and team handling

• Good communication (Hindi/local language; basic English preferred)
