We are seeking a dedicated Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Chennai. This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience and Diploma / Bachelor Degree in civil engineering. The Civil Site Engineer will play an essential role in overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. You will work closely with workers and subcontractors to ensure timelines are met.

2. Project Planning: Assist in the preparation of construction plans and schedules, ensuring that all phases of the project are efficiently coordinated to meet deadlines.

3. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of materials and workmanship on-site. You will ensure all work is performed to the required quality and standards.

4. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of site progress and report any issues or delays to the project manager. Clear communication is vital to keep the project on track.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any design-related concerns.
