Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined PG Manager to manage our boys’ PG property. The candidate will be responsible for daily operations, tenant handling, rent collection, and maintaining overall discipline and cleanliness.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

🏠 Operations & Maintenance

• Manage day-to-day PG operations

• Allocate rooms and handle check-in/check-out

• Ensure cleanliness of rooms and common areas

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff

• Handle repairs (electricity, plumbing, etc.)

👨‍🎓 Tenant Management

• Handle tenant queries and complaints

• Maintain discipline and enforce PG rules

• Keep tenant records (ID proof, police verification)

• Manage conflicts between residents

💰 Rent & Accounts

• Collect monthly rent and track dues

• Maintain payment records and issue receipts

• Monitor electricity/water usage (if applicable)

🔐 Security & Administration

• Maintain visitor register and entry records

• Monitor CCTV and ensure safety

• Maintain inventory (beds, furniture, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with local regulations

📢 Occupancy & Growth

• Handle walk-in inquiries and property visits

• Coordinate with brokers / online listings

• Ensure maximum occupancy of rooms

✅ Requirements

• Experience in PG / Hostel / Property Management preferred

• Basic knowledge of accounts (Excel or register)

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English)

• Responsible, disciplined and problem-solving attitude

• Ability to stay at PG (preferred)

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
