Location: Rajajinagar, Bengaluru

Timings: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Objective

The Store Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of the factory warehouse. This role focuses on system accuracy, team coordination, and ensuring that all retail outlets receive their stock on time and without errors.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Accountability: You are the primary person responsible for any stock differences. You must conduct regular audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.

• Dispatch Supervision: Oversee the picking and packing process to ensure that items dispatched to stores perfectly match the requested indents.

• Team Management: Lead and guide the Storekeepers in organizing the racks and maintaining warehouse discipline.

• Process Control: Implement and monitor the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system to ensure fresh stock is always moved first.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of inward goods from production and outward goods to the stores.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store/Warehouse Supervisor, preferably in the F&B or FMCG industry.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills to manage diverse inventory categories.

• Ability to work under pressure during peak festival seasons.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
