Job Description – B2B Operations & Data Entry Executive

Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad/farukhnagar

Salary: ₹18,000 to 20000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate and timely data entry of B2B orders, invoices, and product details.

Manage end-to-end B2B order processing, including order creation, updates, and tracking.

Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for dispatch, packing, and order status.

Maintain and update B2B records, reports, and documentation.

Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely order execution.

Assist in managing marketplace backend activities, listings, and updates.

Prepare basic Excel reports for daily operational activities.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all data-related tasks.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Basic understanding of order management and operations.

Qualification

Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
