Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage IT store operations and maintain proper inventory records
Handle issuance, receipt, and tracking of IT assets such as laptops, desktops, printers, accessories, and networking equipment
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely procurement/replenishment
Maintain asset registers, serial number records, and documentation
Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for purchases and deliveries
Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification of IT assets
Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of IT equipment
Track warranty, AMC, and service records of IT hardware
Generate inventory and asset management reports
Support IT team in hardware allocation and replacement processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and asset management procedures
Manage disposal or scrap processes for obsolete IT assets
