Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in the ERP/system.
Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.
Issue materials as per approved requisitions.
Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions for replenishment.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery challans, and stock reports.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for material movement.
Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in the store area.
Monitor damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory and report to management.
Maintain housekeeping and organization of the warehouse/store.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
