We are looking for a Store Executive to join our team at Bajaj Equipments Limited, Manesar. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹24,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all material in the factory is accounted for and in counted
o Data Entry in ERP
o Maintain inventory and ensure it remains well-stocked
o Receive Material from the vendors, Issue GRNs, Manage Master Store and all stores in the factory
o Issue Material for Job Work and Head Office and Ensure Timely Return of the same.
o Oversee actions related to Sales Orders and Planning of Material
o Developing Vendors, negotiating favourable costs and terms and Issuing Purchase Orders
o Ensure materials and products are received on time and in the quality and at the cost agreed upon with the vendors.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working and for long term.
