Key Responsibilities
Maintain inward and outward stock records.
Receive materials and verify quantity and quality as per purchase orders.
Issue materials to departments as per requirement.
Maintain proper inventory and stock levels.
Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock reports, and store documentation.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Ensure proper storage and housekeeping of materials in the store.
Coordinate with purchase and accounts departments regarding material status.
Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items.
Maintain ERP/Excel records for inventory management.
Follow company safety and store procedures.
