Job Title: Store & Dispatch Assistant

Location: Vasai East

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store & Dispatch Assistant to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory handling, and dispatch activities. The candidate will ensure accurate stock records, timely dispatch, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain inward & outward stock records in register/ERP

• Handle material receiving, inspection, and storage

• Prepare dispatch documents (challans, invoices, e-way bills if required)

• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials

• Coordinate with logistics/transporters for deliveries

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages

• Maintain proper documentation and filing

• Conduct physical stock verification periodically

• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of store

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of inventory management

• Familiarity with MS Excel / ERP software

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle multiple tasks

Qualification:

• Graduate / Diploma in any field

• Relevant experience in store or dispatch operations preferred

Preferred Candidate:

• Male candidate preferred (store work)

• Immediate joiner preferred
