Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Service Coordinator to manage day-to-day service operations, coordinate with field engineers, and ensure smooth execution of service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with service engineers for daily task assignments
Schedule and track service visits and installations
Handle client communication regarding service updates
Maintain service records, reports, and documentation
Follow up with engineers for job completion and updates
Assist in resolving basic service-related issues
Prepare and share daily/weekly service reports
Coordinate internally with different teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

Undergraduate / Graduate (Fresher can apply)
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and emails
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups
