Job Title: Service Coordinator (Electrical Appliances)

Company: Orient Service Centre

Location: Delhi

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Service Coordinator for handling customer complaints and managing service operations. Candidate will be responsible for CRM handling, service assignment, and coordination with technicians.

🛠️ Responsibilities:

Customer complaints receive aur handle karna (Call/CRM)

Service requests ko technician ko assign karna

Area-wise service planning (Delhi region)

Customer se follow-up lena (service complete hua ya nahi)

Daily service report maintain karna

Spare parts aur service status track karna

🎯 Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)

Good communication skills

Service centre ya field coordination ka experience preferred

Electrical appliances ka basic knowledge (fan, cooler, etc.)

10th / 12th pass (graduate preferred)

💰 Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (experience ke hisaab se)

Incentive: Performance based

Working Time: 10 AM – 7 PM
