Senior Operation Executive

What You'll Do

o Work with the operations team to strategize, manage day-to-day operations and oversee the work flow

o Verification of data shared by enterprise users

o Prepare and provide MIS reports on a regular basis to enterprise users

o Liaise with enterprise users to understand their needs and demands

o Formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in internal processes

o Ensure adoption and adherence to SOPs by all members of the team

o Provide regular reports and updates to Senior Management

o Manage and motivate the team to achieve operational targets and goals

o Ensure that all responsibilities of the team are achieved within the prescribed deadlines

o Manage vendor relationships

o Ensure enterprise satisfaction and retention, source constructive feedback and relay it to the relevant

teams

Skills/Qualifications

o Minimum 2+ years’ experience in operations

o Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management or a related field

o Demonstrable knowledge of people management

o Previous work experience in legal / financial services / insurance industry is preferred

o Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word (eg. Vlookup, MailMerge, etc.)

o Excellent oral and written communication skills

o Well organized and self-motivated
