Job Responsibilities:

Monitor CCTV cameras of Ethera stores across India.
Maintain records of daily customer walk-ins at each store.
Prepare and update footfall reports in Excel.
Report any unusual activities or operational concerns observed through CCTV.
Coordinate with store teams whenever required.
Ensure accurate data entry and reporting.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
Good observation and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with CCTV feeds and monitoring multiple stores.
Prior experience in back-office operations, monitoring, or data entry will be an advantage.
