Data Entry Operator (SAP) — 7 openings

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Client site, Chennai | Type: Full-time, on Proway payroll | Shift: General / rotational (to be confirmed)

Role summary: Post warehouse transactions in SAP accurately and on time so that physical stock and system stock match.

Key responsibilities

• Post goods receipts (GRN), goods issues, stock transfers and delivery/dispatch documents in SAP (typical transactions: MIGO, VL01N/VL02N, MB51, MMBE; the site will confirm the exact set).

• Match physical documents (challan, invoice, LR/e-way bill, delivery note) with SAP entries; flag mismatches to the Supervisor.

• Support stock reconciliation and cycle counts; update count results and bin locations.

• Prepare daily stock, dispatch and pending-GRN reports in Excel.

• File and retrieve documents; maintain records for audit.

• Same-day closure of all postings; no backlog carried across shifts.

Requirements

• Education: 12th pass minimum; Graduate (B.Com/BBA/BCA) preferred.

• Experience: 1–2 years of SAP data entry in a warehouse, stores or dispatch function (MM/WM/SD user level). Candidates with only Tally or Excel experience are not a fit for this posting.

• Skills: SAP end-user knowledge, typing speed 30+ wpm with high accuracy, MS Excel, basic English and Tamil.

• Attention to detail and comfort with documentation-heavy work.

Indicative gross (planning estimate): ₹15,500–18,500/month; floor ₹14,182.
