About the Company

Parnami Logistics is a warehousing and logistics solutions provider offering transportation, inventory management, 3PL services, and advanced warehousing solutions.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Data Entry Operator with strong SAP MM skills and advanced Excel knowledge to manage warehouse and inventory data operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

SAP MM entries including GRN, material movements, and stock updates
Inventory reconciliation and stock verification
Preparation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS Reports
Handling dispatch and inward/outward data entries
Coordination with Warehouse, Operations, and Accounts teams

Required Skills & Knowledge

SAP MM (Mandatory)
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation)
Strong computer handling and typing skills
High data accuracy and attention to detail
Warehouse / Logistics experience preferred

Education & Experience

Graduate in any discipline
Prior experience in logistics/warehousing data operations preferred
