Key Focus: Day-to-day billing management, SAP system operations, advanced Excel maintenance, and handling commercial email correspondence in English.
Key Responsibilities:
• Billing & SAP: Generating, verifying, and processing invoices, delivery challans, and tax documents accurately within SAP; tracking ledgers and inventory alignment.
• Excel Reporting: Maintaining complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and preparing MIS reports.
• Commercial Communication: Drafting and responding to professional commercial emails with vendors, clients, and internal teams in English.
Candidate Requirements:
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in billing, data entry, or SAP operations (corporate/manufacturing/warehouse background preferred).
• Technical Skills: Strong working proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Excel.
• Communication: Good written and verbal English skills for business correspondence.
