Position: Sales Coordinator / Executive
Department: Back Office
Location: Rashbehari, South Kolkata
Experience Required: Fresher to 2 Years

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding daily activities and updates

• Maintain and update sales records and databases

• Perform accurate data entry and documentation work

• Prepare reports and maintain proper records

• Handle back-office coordination and administrative support

• Ensure all sales and data records are properly organized and updated regularly

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory

• Must know HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Table

• Basic computer and data handling knowledge

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented and organized working style
