We are seeking a Service & Sales Coordinator to join our team at Secuserve Solutions LLP. We are a leading company in the Services and Sales of X-ray baggage machines, catering to all government offices, Hospitality, and Airport Industries, and providing checkpoint solutions. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing support to the Customers, engineers and Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain data and ensure it is accessible for seamless operations.
Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.
Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality
Customer co-ordination
Secuserve Engineer co-ordination
PM (Preventive Maintenance) Schedules
Service Reports and Finance coordination for Invoicing
Payment Collections
HR (Human Resource)
Purchase
Logistics and Stocks
BEL co-ordination
Smartsheet Updation
Job Requirements:
Training will be provided. The minimum qualification for this role is a Bachelors Degree or an equivalent with good communication and writing skills. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks since you would be interacting with top security officials of the Industries along with co-ordination with engineers. An electronics background is an added advantage since we would be dealing with machines and boards. An ISO based company so documentation is mandatory.
