Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Clients, Vendors, and internal departments.

• Track project progress, timelines, material deliveries, and pending tasks.

• Prepare and maintain BOQs, Quotations, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, billing documents, and

project files.

• Maintain project trackers, MIS reports, operational dashboards, and documentation.

• Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs, and ensure follow-up on action items.

• Coordinate with Accounts, Procurement, HR, and Project teams for smooth execution.

• Handle professional email communication and maintain accurate records.

• Assist in resolving day-to-day project coordination and operational issues while supporting timely

project completion.

Required Skills

Strong communication and coordination skills, proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, knowledge of BOQ, procurement, billing, project documentation, multitasking ability, and attention

to detail.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
