Maxemo Capital Pvt. Ltd. (NBFC) is looking for an experienced Branch Auditor – Sales to join our team.

📍 Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

💼 Experience: 3+ Years

🏦 Products: LAP & Micro Secured Business Loans

### Key Responsibilities

🔹 Conduct branch-level audits of sales and sourcing activities for LAP & Micro Secured Business Loan products.

🔹 Review customer files, KYC, income documents, property documents and other required documentation.

🔹 Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, process controls and regulatory requirements.

🔹 Identify discrepancies, process deviations, documentation gaps and potential fraud indicators.

🔹 Conduct field verification and customer checks wherever required.

🔹 Audit sourcing through Direct Sales channels.

🔹 Review sales MIS, login-to-disbursement data, rejection cases and branch-level reports.

🔹 Prepare detailed audit reports with observations and corrective-action recommendations.

🔹 Coordinate with Branch, Sales, Credit, Operations and Collections teams for closure of audit observations.

🔹 Conduct follow-up audits to ensure timely compliance and closure.

### Requirements

✅ Graduate in any discipline

✅ 3+ years of experience in Branch/Sales Audit

✅ Experience in NBFC, Housing Finance or Secured Lending preferred

✅ Experience with LAP & Micro Secured Business Loans preferred

✅ Strong knowledge of KYC, documentation, sales processes and audit controls

✅ Willingness to travel within the assigned branch/market area

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
