Job Title / Designation: Research Associate

Department: Background Verification (BGV) – Report Writing

Job Location: Chennai

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday – Onsite

Saturday – Work From Home (WFH)

6 Days Working

Salary:

₹12000 to 16000 in hand

Qualification:

Graduation mandatory (any stream)

Experience:

Freshers are welcome

Prior experience in BGV / Report Writing is not mandatory

NOTE: Only Graduate Candidates can Apply

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing Background Verification (BGV) reports accurately

Conducting research and compiling verification data into standard report formats

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely report closure

Maintaining quality, accuracy, and compliance with process guidelines

Meeting daily productivity and turnaround time (TAT) requirements

Skills Required:

Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email)

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work under deadlines

Willingness to learn

Additional Requirements:

Comfortable with a 6-day work schedule

Willing to work onsite from Monday to Friday
