Core Responsibilities
Guest Services: Welcome guests with a warm attitude, complete check-in and check-out tasks, and hand out room keys.
Reservations: Manage online, phone, and walk-in bookings, cancellations, and room assignments.
Communication: Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and relay messages accurately.
Billing & Payments: Prepare invoices, handle cash or credit card transactions, and balance accounts at shift end.
Problem Solving: Address guest complaints professionally and coordinate solutions.
Department Coordination: Work with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are clean and ready.
Key Requirements & Skills
Communication: Clear, polite speaking skills and a friendly personality.
Software Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) or booking software.
