Company Introduction

We are a Company in the specialist field of construction of oil and gas pipelines for over 50 years. Our clients are reputed Public Sector Undertakings like GAIL, OIL, IOCL, IGL tec. We are currently planning to reorganize our investment in land and building which will include sale of certain assets and purchase of certain land/building in Delhi/Haryana /Punjab. For this we are looking for a person having knowledge of land records and land measurement etc. to identify potential properties and have preliminary discussion with sellers/buyers.

Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive /Real Estate Consultant /Real Estate Procurement.

Department: Business Development & restructure.

Location: New Friends colony, New Delhi.

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a high performance and dynamic Individual having exposure and experience in real estate dealing including purchase & sale of Land/ land & building. We are currently planning to reorganize our investment in land and building which will include sale of certain assets and purchase of certain land/building in Delhi/Haryana /Punjab. For this we are looking for a person having knowledge of land records and land measurement etc. to identify potential properties and have preliminary discussion with sellers/buyers.

Skills & Requirements:-

· Property Document Search ,title search, verification(verify property titles, encumbrance status, and check for legal disputes or government acquisition notices.

· Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and closing skills.

· Title & government compliance.

· Strong relationship –building capabilities with farmers, land owners, property owners.

· Knowledge of the local real estate market, pricing , and legal/regulatory

· Regulatory & land Knowledge (Understanding of local property records, zoning/land conversation status, RERA rules, and municipal sanction approvals.)

· Willingness to travel locally for site visits and work flexible hours.

Qualification:-

· Experience: 1-5 year of experience in real estate sales, High value direct sales.

· Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree or Higher.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
